Take a deep breath...inhale...exhale.
 
Inhale renewed strength, inner peace, light and hope. Inhale joy, wonder, patience and kindness.
Exhale worries, frustrations, fears and stresses. Exhale challenges, trials, pain and heartbreak.
 
There's nowhere I can inhale and exhale better than the coast.
 
Like the salty ocean breeze that sweeps across the coastline, here, watching tempest waters meet rocky shoreline as dusk sets on a Summer's day, I find focus ,can shift mindset...and take a deep breath.
