"There's no weakness in surrendering. Only strength. When waves come crashing into our lives it can be easy to get swept up in the turmoil and chaos. Darkness can seek to overwhelm, but we have the power to make a choice...to choose light.     
Surrendering in the moment takes courage. Accepting and acknowledging dark times allows us to release them and let them go. It empowers us to move forward.    
Towards light.    
Light that washes over us in hope.    
Hope that offers sanctuary, safe harbour, and ultimately, a way forward."
