Sometimes it feels like we just start to get over one trial/hurdle/challenge/health issue before another comes crashing down on us. Much like the waves that continually rise up and batter the shoreline, sadly for way too many of us,  life can be like that.
 
I take comfort painting the coast because while it is often a metaphor for life, it also brings hope and healing. Sometimes all we can do is just hold on, hold tight...and wait for the waves to break. Because they always do. Through it all we develop strength, patience, and resilience, and learn to persist and endure - just like those beautiful tempest waves that encourage and inspire so many of us.
 
This beautiful emotive seascape capturing movement and light, features deep sea greens and aquas, contrasted with sky blues, pinks, sand and white. It draws you in, encouraging you to pause and exhale...to be still...even if just for a little while.
