There's no where I love more than the coast for chasing away the blues. It's where my mood shifts, even if it's overcast weather. In actual fact, I love a moody grey sky over blue water sometimes more than a clear blue one. There's something about it that speaks of solace and comfort, quiet and stillness...even though inside my mind and heart may be racing. Inhaling and exhaling the salt air, listening to the sound of waves meeting shoreline, and absorbing the quiet of an empty beach...this is where I chase away my blues.
