"Life often has a way of catching us off guard. The unexpected arrives, plans unravel, and between uncertainty and calm we find ourselves flustered, anxious and struggling to find our balance.

The teeny sailboats in this new piece are a gentle reminder that we can't always control the waters we navigate or storms threatening overhead...but we can choose how we meet them. When the world feels restless and fleeting, there's beauty in pausing, finding our bearings, and allowing ourselves to be carried in the moment rather than being overwhelmed by it.

Sometimes, catching moments that unsettle us most, are the very ones that force us to slow down, breathe deeper, and allow for strength, courage and resilience to grow."
