Blessed...because that's what we are. What I am. And when life seems to be spiralling out of control it's the seemingly little and simple things in nature that help me shift focus, and remind me of how blessed I really am. It's the soothing sound of the ocean's waves, the lush landscape dotted with trees, the countless grains of sand on a beach, the vastness of the sky, and the distant horizon that holds a rising and sinking sun each and every day. These things evoke happiness, joy, light, love, and hope for me. And maybe you too. Indeed, I am, we are...blessed.
 
I hope whoever this is intended for is reminded of the small things that amount to big blessings every day.
