This is where time heals. Under moody grey skies on quiet, rugged coastlines, where I am forced to pause and exhale. I can't help but not. I can forget the brokenness and the hurting and the striving and the darkness. 
 
The solace and comfort the coast offers me is where healing begins. Whether it's a quick day trip for time to myself, or an extended vacation visit with family, the beauty and wonder and majesty of the coast encourages and restores...and heals.
