The spirit leads me here; to where the promise of sunrise or dusk's gentle farewell over a beautiful coastline evokes contentment, peace and rest for a weary soul. It leads me here; to wander a quiet shoreline, processing and reflecting the day's joys and sorrows. With the only sound the rhythmic melody of waves I can find my voice in the silence. I can find courage in the day's chaos. I can see light in any darkness. And it's beautiful.
 
Following where the spirit leads is how I find strength, healing, renewal, and hope for whatever lies beyond the horizon.
