Do you wait for happy? Or do you go in search of it? Do you expect it to come to you? Or do you actively seek it out? It's actually in the unexpected moments that 'happy' often finds me and I catch myself smiling.
 
Like this pretty coastal scene that comes into view from a distance - the anticipation of an aqua sea, soft sand, and pretty skies - the view brings a smile to my face and forces an exhale. Travelling through lush green valleys and hillsides, past scattered dappled trees, and open green fields and pastures to the shoreline. Those moments are where happy finds me.
