This place. This place holds my heart. Here at the coast under a pretty sunset sky in quiet aqua bays fringed by lush headlands, I find contentment. I can shift focus, slow down, pause and inhale the joy and wonder of natural beauty around me...and exhale the frustrations and pain and challenges of life. This place forces the exhale.
