What colours do you associate love with? Red? Pink? Purple? It's usually a warm colour for most. The colours of love for me are exactly these in this expressive warm seascape...magenta pinks and blush, deep sea green, warm umbers and siennas. And there's no other place I love more than the coast. At sunset. So I couldn't not find love in this artwork, but for many reasons...
 
First comes location; the rugged coastline with persistent waves and secluded sandy inlets. Then comes time of day; the sun setting casting beautiful rays of light blazing across the sky and landing on everything below. Then comes the emotion; feelings of contentment, peace, renewal, hope...and love. Love for the time spent here, love for those we share it with, and love for the awe inspiring beauty and wonder of nature itself.
