There's something about sun showers that's almost mystical...whimsical. The light refracting through 'barely there' rainfall as the sun continues to shine can be so beautiful. And of course, the rainbows that usually eventuate afterwards are full of promise and hope. 
 
I love sun showers, even more so over a coastline when it takes the edge off a hot Summer's day. Raindrops dancing across the water's surface, their gentle fall doing nothing to deter us from time spent in beautiful aqua waters and on warm golden sand, because we know, as quickly as they come, they'll be gone again.
