I always find such a contrast in the softness of warm beach sand to the harsh sharp rocks that fringe the coastline. Exploring the rugged shoreline often means having to wear shoes for the rocky points but then they slip straight off to wander the soft sand. I hate sand in my shoes! This textured pretty seascape reminded me of many a walk where I juggled runners or thongs to explore rocky coves, inlets and headlands. And with Summer ahead I'm looking forward to spending more time 'on the rocks'...wandering beautiful yet tempest beaches at sunset after long warm days basking under our Aussie sun.
