Small blessings by way of small moments that make a big difference and mean so much. Simple things like being out in nature under a pink tinged sky, lush countryside that offers sanctuary and quiet contentment, and gentle waters that calm our anxious spirits...it's the opportunity to retreat from our sometimes busy and crazy lives, even if just for a little while. 
Often we don't know they're a blessing until later, so I'm learning as I grow older to look out for the small blessings so they don't pass me by. Recognising the seemingly insignificant and being thankful for those small moments allows for hope, healing, growth, and hope, and encourages me each day to choose happy.
 
I hope it indeed is a blessing to you and encourages you to look for same.
