    A textured still life helping me to see beauty again. The contrast of pink on dark is representative of the light that comes from the unexpected; the simple beauty of pretty pink flowers on a timber table top against a dark wall, seemingly forboding, my eye is instead drawn to the colour and simple beauty of the florals, which lift my spirits and bring a smile to my face, despite the darkness.
     
    I hope you see beauty here in this little artwork like I do.
