I often crave 'me time'. Life with all its challenges can be exhausting, overwhelming, and make it difficult to see light. I know I'm not alone. But alone is how I need to be sometimes. Time on my own helps me shift focus. 
 
At the coast I can inhale fresh salty air, and exhale the burdens and frustrations. The waves offer a rhythm to slow my racing heart, and calm my anxious thoughts. Me time allows reflection, brings encouragement, but most importantly, brings me hope.
 
This emotive little figurescape was created when I was indeed craving 'me time'. If you can't get to the coast in reality, may it inspire you to find 'me time' - to pause and be still within it.
