    A beautiful blue sea, sweeping sky, lush green headlands, sandy sanctuaries, waves that create a melody to soothe the senses...oh...for a day like this. I love all these things so much, but what often holds my gaze the longest when I'm at the coast, is those light-filled, sweeping clouds overhead. Suspended in a balmy blue sky, seemingly painting the sky, I can't help but inhale deeper and exhale that little bit longer. 
    Here, my shoulders drop, tension eases, breathing slows...I surrender all my worries, cares, and frustrations, and let the salty sea breeze carry them all away.
