I don't know about you, but I can be having a really tough day full of frustrations, chaos, pain and struggles, but when I stop...and just be...and listen...and look...through the darkness that's seeking to overwhelm, I'll find light.
 
I'll find it in the sky - in a majestic sinking or rising sun.
I'll find it in the ocean - with it's vast unceasing waves and melodies.
I'll find it in the process of painting - the letting go and releasing of fear.
I'll find it in the smiles of my kids - if I stop to listen and chat to them.
I'll find it in the warmth of relationships - if I make an effort to connect with others.
But most importantly, I'll find it within - if I just pause, be still, open my heart, and let the light in.
