    Sometimes we need to slow down, inhale, exhale...just be. Time to be in the moment, be aware of our senses, to be mindful and time to be still. The simpler things are often the best when we need to just be; pare back the noise, surrounds, and distractions. This quiet moody seascape allows me to do all that.  It's calming and soothing, inviting me in to pause and reflect, to be still in the moment...to just be. Hope you feel that too.
