    When I'm in search of solitude I head to the coast. It offers a restorative sanctuary in which to reflect, let go, heal, and be nurtured. It offers me hope. Even amidst the grey clouds and storms that may threaten, I take comfort and respite that it will pass, and that the light will shine warmer and brighter again. Rugged coastlines, views of headlands and blurred horizons inspire and encourage me to look beyond the present to the hope that lies ahead.
