"There are wounds and pain where no-one can see them. They sit quietly beneath the surface...tender, persistent, reshaping us from deep within. 'Healing the Heartache' is not about the moment of breaking, but about what follows after.
 
The slow return of breath.
The steady rhythm of familiarity.
The gentle embrace of acceptance.
The resilience and strength of character.
 
It's about endurance, and the quiet courage it takes to stand strong when we feel broken.
 
It's about feeling small and fragile at a water's edge, facing the unknown, but making the choice anyway to seek light...and trusting that healing will come. Maybe not all at once, but in waves.
 
Heartache changes us, but so does healing.
 
And when it happens, it can make life wondrous, valuable, joyful, and worth living...more than ever before."
