Darkness tends to linger longer than we’d like. When we’re in the midst of a storm in our life we tend to focus on the negative because it’s so present and real. Finding light can be hard. But it is there. Despite physical pains it’s often a mental decision to look for that light.
 
Just like an impending storm over a coastline it can seem all doom and gloom, but even in that overwhelming darkness there’ll be light coming. Darkness will fade. In the interim, there may be glimpses of light; beautiful unexpected light, and these encourage us to keep looking for more…urging us on…to keep finding light in the darkness.
