An expressive palette knife seascape this beautiful textured artwork seeks to capture the mood and emotion I feel when I escape to the coast. Escaping life's mundane, I find renewed strength and hope; a pink tinged overcast sky at dusk brings comfort, the song of the rhythmic waves breaking against the shoreline brings a soothing calm, and the fresh coastal breeze and seaspray against skin awakens my senses. Here I can escape the routine of the ordinary, even if just for a little while.
 
This emotive artwork draws you in and beckons you to reflect, pause, and be inspired…to escape life when you can’t get to the coast in reality.
